Dr Francis Goh is a highly experienced professional in digital innovation and customer experience, with a proven track record of success in various leadership roles at major companies including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, SAP, HP, and Accenture. He was also the Singapore CEO for Mercer and Fujitsu.
He was also a certified CX advisor of Bain & Co., a Registered Management Consultant (RMC), and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
Currently, he is the VP for AI & Data at NTT DATA in Asia Pacific and he serves as the Board Member of CXPA, leveraging his expertise in CX to assist businesses in tackling complex challenges through innovation and generative AI solutions. He is also passionate about fostering innovation and an author of the recently Top Best Seller List on the Singapore's Straits Times, "Innovate to Elevate!".
