About me
Dr. Peggy Lau is a seasoned practitioner and leader in process reengineering, digital transformation, and AI application for business.
She heads the AI Lab at Chow Sang Sang Jewellery Co Ltd, a well-known retail group in the Greater China Region. In this role, she leads digital transformation initiatives using AI and data science in areas such as supply chain management, customer and store analytics, process automation, and generative AI agents. She also oversees the AI governance and education initiative within the group. Prior to this, she managed the transformation team on logistics automation and procurement with a project received the ICT Award in the smart logistics sector in 2020.
Peggy is also a founding member and advisory board member of the Artificial Intelligence Association of Hong Kong.
