About me
Glen Seto is the Head of Group Technology Services at Jardine Matheson Group Head Office, a multinational conglomerate including retail, automotive, hotel, construction & logistics. He is responsible for overseeing group infrastructure, digital solutions and development, Gen AI technology, etc.
Glen has over 20 years of experience in IT transformation, leadership, strategy, and consulting. He has worked in various industries, including fashion, supply chain, manufacturing, and healthcare. Glen has successfully led all phases of system development life cycles and executed systems with a multi-regional scope involving over 1000 users. He has created and implemented global product management systems, eCommerce ordering platforms, and new enterprise Asia regional HR systems. Glen has also set up a global systems development center in Shenzhen and managed network and IT infrastructure.
Glen graduated from the University of Toronto with a BASc, in Industrial & Systems Engineering. He completed his EMBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. And he has also recently finished a MIT Sloan Executive Education on Data Monetization
