Ir Queenie has over 20 years of experience in business analytics, digital transformation, and change management at Towngas, a Hong Kong utility company serving the community for 160 years. She leads the Business Analytics and Enquiry Department, driving digital innovation and business transformation initiatives, including the development of an AI chatbot for customer inquiries, Installation Intelligence System for appliance sales, and speech analytics to better understand customers’ needs. In her role as the Divisional Data Officer, she fosters a data-driven culture, ensuring unified data for analytics and generating insights that support strategic and operational transformation.
